When I shift into gear my Honda Civic bogs down really bad and the car does not want to go. What could be causing this problem?

Barb Petrey, President - DBK Enterprises Inc at Jiffy Lube May be a torque converter in the transmission. When happens put car in neutral and if it goes away it is the torque converter. Visit your local transmission shop
