I lost 'ALL' electrical power to the van. I drove into the driveway and the van just completely shut down. There are no lights, radio, power windows, horn, or no noise when trying to turn the key. I tried to jump start, but it would not work. I had the battery tested and it is good. What could it be?

Answers from the Automotive Experts

Amanda J. Pierce, MBA David, You may need to check your alternator.

Helaine Kurot, Owner/Technician at 360 Automotive Check the battery terminals. Make sure they are clean and tight. Also check the fuses. There may be a broken or shorted wire some where in the harness. Your best bet is to take it to a qualified mechanic so the issue can be properly diagnosed.
