When I get into my 2003 Mitsubishi Galant my A/C, radio, windshield wipers and headlights work. Then when stop, get out then and get back in, it will not start. I went to auto body shop and they said was alternator and replaced it, but friday it did it again! I just don't know what is wrong.
Make sure both battery terminals are clean and tight. It's possible that the alternator took the battery out too and just took a little while longer to show up. A good repair shop will be able to test the battery and charging system. It is also possible there may be a parasitic draw (something staying on when it shouldn't be) that is draining the battery. If it does have a draw, this may take longer to properly diagnose.

Sometimes it is hard to know when the car doesn't start if it is the battery, alternator, or starter that is creating the problem, until you have replaced one of them. Since your alternator has recently been replaced, get your starter and battery tested to make sure they are in good working order. Without any one of these in proper working order, your car will not start properly.
