The only TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) I found was a water leak at the back door hatch that leaks into the rear seat area. It sounds like your water is in the front of the vehicle. Water is tricky to find but the first place I would start at the sunroof drain. I could not find a diagram to give you the location. My best recommendations is to take to your local repair store, collision or mechanical.
When this happened to my vehicle years ago it was a leak in the AC drain hose under the vehicle. It was replaced for about $200.00

You need to determine if there is a leak in the windshield gasket, or if it is leaking from the evaporator case. Try removing the carpet and insulation, spray it down with water and see if you can locate the leak. Evaporator leaks are usually only on the passenger side so it's most likely a windshield leak.

What you are describing is often the symptoms of a bad heater core. When a heater core fails or starts to leak, it will cause all of the things you mentioned. An experienced technician should be able to verify it for you fairly quickly, Cathy. Best wishes!
