The first thing I would do is call your insurance agent and see if this would be covered under your insurance.
I recommend not driving your Cruiser until all the balloons are round and taken out of the fuel system.

You need to have your tank dropped and cleaned out. If an object gets stuck on the pick up, you may not be able to start your car at all.
