i am restoring a 1928 chevy pickup. working on the wood framing for the cab, i need to know what to use to seal the wood before i inclose it in the metal framing.

Answers from the Automotive Experts

Amanda J. Pierce, MBA Mel, I would recommend sealing with polyurethane and brushed it on. I also would measure and fit all the wood, then removed and sealed it. If you drill into it after it is sealed and installed I recommend you reseal the area again to keep any moisture out. Hope this helps!!
