I just bought four used tires from a guy. What was on the truck were 275/60r17. He put used Firestone Transforce HT 245/75r17 on there. Am I in trouble?

This is about a 2-inch difference in diameter between the two tire/wheel assemblies. I recommend asking a tire dealer or service technician if your truck's suspension/brakes will perform optimally with the new size. Also, when buying used tires you must keep in mind that while the outside appearance may look ok, no one can see the internal structure of a used tire, so there is no guarantee it is free from damage.
