2000 chevy suburban not getting fuel will start with starter fluid when sprayed in the intake

Answers from the Automotive Experts

Amanda J. Pierce, MBA Paul, I recommend that you check the operation of your fuel pump, if you turn the key on and listen near the rear of the vehicle you should hear a "humm". If not, you may need to look into replaceing your fuel pump and filter. Hope this helps! A. J.

Lori Johnson, Owner and Instructor at Ladies Start Your Engines Dear Paul, It sounds like you're not getting fuel. I would start by checking the fuel pump. This would include checking any fuses for the pump as well. Lori Johnson
