Hi, the steering on my husbands Ford diesel 350 will sporadically pull hard to one direction and then the other after turning a 90 degree turn. It happens sporadically, not on every turn, and can either last for many miles or only a few seconds after the turn. The power steering fluid is fine and full. It does not matter if it is a right- or left-hand turn, and it will do it one day then not for many. ? Any ideas what may be causing this so we can avoid the struggle on the road and not worry about running into someone? Thanks for your replies!

Lori Johnson, Owner and Instructor at Ladies Start Your Engines Dear Patricia, The best thing to do would be to have a technician ride in the vehicle to see if you can duplicate the problem. It could be that something is binding and causing a pull or there could be something going on with the brakes. It's hard to tell without looking at the vehicle. It sounds like it happens enough that there is something wrong, since it wasn't just a one time random thing. I would get it checked out before it causes more problems. Lori Johnson
