Without the vehicle information this is a hard one to estimate as it can vary significantly. The best thing I could recommend is to go to a shop you trust and get a FREE estimate from an ASE certified technician. Most shops won’t charge for this. It never hurts to get a second opinion either. Another big thing to make sure to ask is the warranty, do they offer one and what is included. Best wishes!
This can have a wide range of cost per labor and parts based upon area and availability of parts. I suggest to call and obtain various quotes for an average, and decide on what is best for you.
I am wondering why you need to replace all 4 brake hoses on your car. Before you do this replacment, get a second opinion. Check the askpatty.com site for a shop in your area. According to your owners manual, tt is not standard or recommended to need the hoses replaced, unless you have contamination from the incorrect fluid being added, or from dry rot.

Thank you for your question, without knowing the year of your Ford Escape...my approx. price would be $250-$300 to replace all the brake hoses you refer too and replace/Bleeding the lines. Much luck!
