Ok, here is my horror story and believe me, I was surprised that such a reputable car dealership could have these type of people working for them because after all, word of mouth is important which is how I ended up there. I purchased a brand new BMW in August 2010. I test drove a 2011 but I saw this white on that I liked. he saleman was up front with informing me that it was a demo and when we went outside to look at it, it looked good. The salesman then stated we don't have to drive it. This should have been a redlight but at this top of the line car dealership, Tom Bush on Blanding in Jacksonville I did not think I would have to be on guard. OK, not only was the car a demo but it also had 1500 miles on it and I was not offered a discount. The car drives like it has been abused by the salesman. They charged me for a tag when I told them that I did not need one which I made them aware of. To top it all off, I had to ask for mats for the car. I am surprised they would sell this to anyone unless a discount was offered and they let them know that this car runs rough. My coworker was also in the market to purchase a car and she wanted a BMW. After just riding in my car she stated that " these cars ride really rough and its new. She purchased another Mercedes which I previously had but thought I would change up. Never again! Mercedes Benz would not allow you to leave their premises in a brand new vehicle unless its top of the line. What do you think?
