I have a 2003 Saturn Ion and my blinkers only on the inside does not tick anymore, but do tick on the outside. When my keys are in the ignition and I open the door it does not beep to let me know I have left my keys in the ignition, or if I have left my lights on? Is it a electrical issue going on? I have checked my fuses and they are OK? I would like to know if this is where I can find an answer? If not, please advice me to the correct website to find this answer?

Laurie Sarno, Co-Owner at Super Girls Auto Hello Pattie- there is more than 1 fuse box on most newer cars- make sure you find all of them & check all the fuses- if all the fuses are in working order there maybe an open circuit or other electrical problem- websites such as alldata - mitchell online require a subscription fee - thanks Super Girls Auto

Suzanne Grego, Technician at City of Philadelphia Fleet Management Pattie, This does sound like an electrical issue. Unfortunately, without an electrical schematic, this can be difficult to diagnose. I would have to recommend going to a qualified technician that is able to find a schematic for the exact vehicle and also able to follow a diagnostic chart to find the problem. Suzanne
