Amanda J. Pierce, MBA Galejo, You may what is called, a "parasitic draw", this can be caused by a tiny and consistent draw of the battery when the key if OFF. Check out this site to find out more about it.

Audra Fordin, Owner at Great Bear Auto Shop Hi Galejo, It will be my pleasure to help you find an answer to your starting trouble. I would do 2 things here. Check the alternator, to make sure it has proper amperage and is functioning correctly. If that checks out ok, look into an electrical drain on the battery. Check to make sure all of the doors are closed, and there are no interior lights that were accidentally left on. Sometimes a hood light or trunk light can be a sneaky culprit. Thanks for reaching out. Audra

Bogi Lateiner, Owner and Technician at 180 Degrees Automotive Hi Galejo - Likely there is something either draining the battery or a poor connection somewhere. Check the battery terminals and make sure they are corrosion free and fit tightly. Make sure the connections at the alternator are tight and that there is no corrosion in the wires. If all wires and connectors are okay - you will need to look for what is draining the battery. If you have an aftermarket alarm or stereo system that would be my first guess. You will likely need to bring it in to a certified repair shop where they can do electrical diagnosis and find out what the parasitic draw might be. Good luck - hope that helps! Bogi Lateiner

Laurie Sarno, Co-Owner at Super Girls Auto Hello Galejo- you have a drain somewhere in the car- likely places are an interior light that stays on, or despite being new the alternator maybe defective- if the field is active in the alternator it will drain a battery very quickly- I would take you car to the local AutoZone & have them check it out they will scan your car for free- hope this helps- thanks Super Girls Auto.

Pat Fleischmann, Director of First Impressions at Community Tire Pros & Auto Repair Galejo.. My first inclination is electrical... You may have a loose wire, thus no connection,no start~OR just because you have a new alt, doesn*t mean it*s good! It may not be charging the battery. Twenty-six year old patient til they can track down. Have it towed back & have them recheck all their connections & retest alt. Possible short?
