You can call your local Chevrolet dealership, and request that information for free.
I referenced our CarMD vehicle safety recall database and learned that there is a GM recall on select model year 2006 and possibly early model year 2007 Chevy Cobals originally sold or currently registered in Arizona and Nevada. It has to do with the plastic supply or return port on the modular reset, which can become cracked and may leak fuel, negatively affecting performance. The fix is to bring it back to the dealership and they will replace the fuel pump free or charge. To see if your vehicle is affected you can visit www.GMOwnerCenter.com.

If you call any Chevrolet dealer, they will be happy to tell you what the recall is for your model car and make an appt. They will also make sure anything else that needs updated from the factory will be done free of charge.

Recalls are very common on vehicles and usually nothing to worry about. If there is a recall on your particular make and model, you will receive a letter in the mail asking you to visit your local dealership. The letter will explain the reason for the recall.
