Is minivan really the only answer if I have 3 kids (2 in car seats and 1 in a booster), and a kids occasional play date or grandparent? Trying to make Ford Flex work, but fact that second row in minivan can accommodate 2 car seats and still have an aisle for 1 kid to get to back row (with 3 seats) is nice. Should I just get over it, let functionality win the day, and get a mini-van? Is there another option?
Did you look at the GMC Acadia or the Buick Enclave? What other minivans have you looked at? There are some minivans that are very nice to drive, like the Honda Odyessy. Sometimes you can rent a vehicle for a weekend from a rental agency to see if it is a good fit for your family. Keep looking, there are good choices for you and your family.
