I have MS I need a fully equipped handicap van I am on fixed budget have a 1990 Dodge Caravan but does not work 4 me any more some people who repaired my van ripped me off so now I can not drive it my van was my way to being independent but not now can anyone help me get what I need or organization who can help me I can not buy one thank you Dori

If the repair center you took it to for repairs ripped you off contact the owner one more time and explain your situation and ask them to correct the problem. If you do not satisfaction you can file complaints and report them here. Let them know you are prepared to do so if they do not fix the problem:
Report them to your state Bureau of Automotive Repair or the Attorney General in your State - they might help you. You can also:
1. Contact the Better Business Bureau in your location and make a report - http://www.bbb.org
2. Report it on www.my3cents.com
3. Go to Yelp.com and report them.
4. Report them to your state DMW
5. Report them on http://www.ripoffreport.com
Contact the National MS Society Chapter in your area they might help be an advocate to help you resolve this problem.
