I really, really want a retractable hard-top Miata with all the bells and whistles. Any thoughts on this purchase? I intend to own it a long time - I'm still driving my 91 Shadow with less than 90,000 miles on it. Any thoughts would be great. Thanks ever so!
First of all, well done on having such low miles on your *91 Shadow! You*re a model car owner and nothing is more "green" and "earth friendly" than owning a car for a long time. Kudos to you!
As for the hard-top Miata, check out www.edmunds.com and www.mazdausa.com to research it. Both are great tools, but obviously Edmunds is an unbiased website.
If you*re ready to buy, try searching the inventory at www.ebaymotors.com. They specialize in hard-to-find niche vehicles. Plus, you might find a dealership in the northern US that is anxious to sell their convertible inventory in the middle of winter-time!
If you choose to sell your Shadow, try listing it on www.ebaymotors.com or www.craigslist.com. Also search Ask Patty for a female friendly Mazda dealer near you.
