Answers from the Automotive Experts

Bogi Lateiner, Owner and Technician at 180 Degrees Automotive Hi Wheatie! Book time is 1.4 hours for both front shocks, and 3.4 for all four rear shocks. So multiply that by the shop labor rate where you are bringing your car for the total labor cost. As for parts - the range is from $80/each on the fronts (aftermarket) to $156/each from the dealer, and $127/each aftermarket for the rear to $198/each from the dealer. So... worst case scenario (assuming a $100/hour labor rate and dealer parts) you would be looking at about $1600 plus taxes. Hope that helps! Bogi Lateiner
