When my car hits a bump, the steering wheel shakes violently. It has since disappeared, but a mechanic noticed that a piece of what looks like the suspension is disconnected on the passenger front side (under the car) and connected on the driver side. Any idea what may be the problem? I just had it towed a week ago because the alternator died.
