You are absolutely entitled to a refund of your money. All of it. If they give you any issues, call the Attorney General*s office of your state, the local Dealer Association ad the Better Business Bureau. let them know you intend to do so if they don*t refund your deposit.
If you took delivery (Spot Delivery) of the vehicle pending financing you are only required to return the vehicle in the same condition you took it to avoid any issues with the dealer.
For financing try your own bank or credit union or even your insurance company to see if you can obtain your own financing for the vehicle.
Do not let this issue drag on, if necessary return the vehicle immediately and get everything in writing.
