Answers from the Automotive Experts

Amanda J. Pierce, MBA Tina, A lot of times if you go through the Toyota dealership they have coupons and saving you can use for a 90k service. Typically it is a $1000 parts and labor procedure, shop around for comparisons before choosing where to take your car. AJ Pierce

Lori Johnson, Owner and Instructor at Ladies Start Your Engines Dear Tina, This is a major service in which your timing belt is replaced. Depending on the condition of your brakes, you may need those as well. Toyota dealers are going to use manufacturer specific parts. There are after market shops that will use these as well. You are probably looking at about $1000 for this service. You can search on Ask Patty to see if there is a female friendly Toyota dealer near you. Call around and see who will give you the best deal. Lori Johnson
