You need to check and see if there is a grease fitting somewhere near the axle, usually on the steering knuckle area. If there is, then you can use a grease gun to add grease.
Make sure to check your axle boots for rips. If they are ripped then you will need to replace them or the grease will just come out. Also make sure that you check your owner's manual for the specific type of grease to use.
