My credit score is pretty low and I have been without a vehicle for more than 6 months now. I would like to know other than getting my beacon score up what else can I do to purchase an car without have a huge down payment and payments more than $400 a month.

Jenny Trostel, Partner at Anderson of Hunt Valley It is a very challenging time to get a car when you have a low credit score. Banks and finance companies are requiring more down even for customers with high credit scores. I would buy a less expensive car and save some money, then buy the car you really want. Good Luck!
