You can go to your local auto parts and get a fabric safe degreaser. Some times you can use dish washing soap with warm water, it usually has grease cutting power. Test a small spot on your floor mat or carpet and you can see if it will work. You can always go to your local car wash or dealership and they will help you.

Getting rid of those annoying stains is the key to making your car look new again. The sooner you attack the stain, the more likely it will disappear.
Hot water will cause the stain to set. Be sure to use cold or room temperature water.
None of these tips apply to leather seats. Some soaps, oils, detergents and furniture polish can do damage to leather!
