Hello, I became familiar with your site via Edmunds. Anyway, when I visited David McDavid Nissan in Houston, the first thing I saw was a five inch window sticker on the front door re: Ask Patty certified/approved, etc. I went on your site to notify you of an experience with them but see they are no longer on your list. Either way, they still have the sticker on their door.
To get to the point, the dealership was the worst ever, out of about 15 dealerships that my daughter and I visited. I could go on and on but in a nutshell, the icing on the cake was when the salesman was driving slowly next to us in his demo car while we looked at vehicles, in the rain, mind you, with no umbrella. While we were in the care, he said, and I quote, "Go take a look at that one", etc. NOT women friendly at all. Chivalry is dead at that dealership. For that and other reasons, we left and ended up purchasing elsewhere.
I am so sorry you had such a Not so Female Friendly experience with your salesperson at David McDavid Nissan in Houston. I would suggest you write a letter or make a call to the General Manager about your experience with this specific salesperson it would help him to know what happened so he can counsel his salesperson so this does not happen to another woman who visits the store.
