I have bought a 1999 Lincoln Towncar, its skips & spurts, will not run right. We have checked the EGR Valve it open & closes fine, still has random mis fires. We have replaced Igition Boots,Fuel pump & fuel filter, fuel strainer, switch housing...What else is wrong???Help please. Nancy

To correctly diagnose the problem, I suggest bringing your vehicle to a qualified technician. It may be an easy part that you can replace yourself, but it will save a lot of time and money to correctly diagnose the problem first. Suzanne
