I had the worst experience today at Germain Honda of Naples, Florida. Today was my 5th time going in to look at the Accord and my 1st time test driving the vehicle. The salesperson was rude and yelled at me because I would not take his offer on the car. I have been trying to buy a car for the past 2 weeks with no one taking me seriously.
I was trying to negotiate a deal and the salesperson, which assumed that I worked at a store, told me that if he entered my store to purchase a $20 item would I sell it at $5. Little does he know that I am a doctor just trying to purchase a vehicle.
This was the worst experience of my life and I will not go back. I think I am going to try my luck elsewhere. Somewhere that I will be treated with respect and not discriminated. Tomorrow, I plan to call the general manager to complain. Hopefully, he will not be as rude.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having a problem with this dealership. I would agree that you should definitely speak with the general manager and then decide if you still want to work with them.
Unfortunately there are no Ask Patty female friendly Honda dealerships in the Naples area, or I would send you there.
Honda is one of the manufacturers that is doing more to be "female friendly", maybe it was just that salesperson and talking with the general manager may get that taken care of. If not, I would find another Honda dealership near you that wants your business and will treat you right. Good luck!
