I would like your opinion on the jeep compass. I plan to purchase one next month. is there any feature that is a must have? is there any add on or extra that I can do without?
I am wondering where to start my bargaining, I have not purchased a new car in 10 years, kind of nervous about it. please advise.

Here are some websites to read reviews on the Jeep Compass. They should help you decide if this is the vehicle for you.
As for bargaining, it helps to know what you want on your vehicle and what those accessories cost. You can compare vehicles on Ask Patty to get an idea of what the vehicle should cost you.
You can also look at www.nada.com, www.edmunds.com or www.kbb.com to find out approximate prices on new vehicles.
Always negotiate the price of the vehicle before you mention a trade in, and try not to let them get you to tell them what payment you would like to make a month. Once you know the price of the vehicle, then you can figure out payments and financing.
Ask Patty can even help you get financing, and help you find a female friendly dealer in your area.
Good luck on your new vehicle purchase.
