A lot more needs to be done then just
drain out the "bad stuff."
You need to get your car into the shop
ASAP! and let a trained auto technician
clean up the mess, and see if any brake
parts need to be replaced.
If the tranny fluid was put in longer
then a day, you might think about towing
it to the shop.

Unfortunately, your entire brake system is contaminated now. The system needs to be completely flushed out. I can only recommend to you that you take your vehicle to a professional so that they can properly correct this situation. You may even want to have it towed to your technician. I don
