I have a 2000 Mistubishi Galant. The horn stopped working. The fuse is fine. I could not find a horn relay, but in the fuse box under the hood, a little black plastic type fuse/relay clicks when the horn is pressed. What could be the problem?

Are you sure that the relay that is clicking is indeed the horn relay?.....you can go to local parts store and look at the chiltons manuals and check the wiring schematic to verify the horn relay...if the fuse is not blown, then the relay could be faulty...double check that relay
Dear Rob,
The wiring diagram for your vehicle says that the relay is on the engine compartment relay box.
If you can hear it clicking, it may be working. What you need to do is disconnect the wire to the horn and put a meter on it. Have someone push the horn ans see if you're getting power to the horn. If you are, then the horn itself is bad. You can also check to see if there is power before the relay.
It's best to have the wiring schematic to diagnose this problem.
