I recently bought a new r500. When I picked up the car they had not detailed it. They promised to do it but never did. It cost me 240 dollars to have it done. Who do I write to, to complain and get some remedy. I would hate for anyone else to have the same experience.
Seems like there was a lack of communication between the dealership and yourself. They did not follow through on a detailing service they told you they would do for your new car, and you did not complain and ask for a remedy before taking action somewhere else.
