You will probably have to take this vehicle to a Chrysler dealership to get this fixed. From what I've been reading this can be something that the dealership has to reset.
I saw a few TSBs (Technical service bulletins) where the lights blink on and off and had to be reset by the dealership.
Have them diagnose the problem since they probably already know what the problem is. It saves you spending money at a shop that isn't sure how to fix it.
