I have a 2007 fj cruiser trd. I.m not saying I will do this, but for curiosity's sake, how would one disconnect the seatbelt buzzer that buzzes for a full thirty seconds? All cars have a way to do this and I just wondered how to on mine.

Lori Johnson, Owner and Instructor at Ladies Start Your Engines Dear Angie, Because this is a reminder that you don't have your seatbelt on, I would not recommend it at all. Most likely if you did disconnect it a light would stay on on the dash. You would have to buy a service manual for your vehicle to see how the switch is removed/unplugged. I'm sure the dealership will tell you the same thing, that even though it's annoying at times...it's a great reminder! You could always put your seatbelt on before you start the vehicle and then you'll never hear the noise :) Lori Johnson
