Here is the procedure for replacing the wiper arms. It looks like you may need a puller to get the arms off their pivots. Good luck.
1. Disconnect the washer hose from the connector on the air
inlet grille panel. Remove the protective cap. Lift the wiper arm and insert a
suitable pin or pop rivet completely through 2 holes located next to the pivot
of the arm.
2. Remove nut. Remove the wiper arm from the pivot shaft
using a wiper arm puller (J-39822).
