Answers from the Automotive Experts

Patty Streeter, at If you have the manual that came with your 2004 Olds Alero , the entire maintenance schedule is listed in your manual. At 25,000 miles unless you are having problems you are most likely due for an inpection at an Oldsmobile authorized dealership an oil and oil filter change at a minimum. Check back in March 2007 as Ask Patty is launching a new feature that will allow you to 'park' your vehicle in a virtual garage on Ask Patty and get automatic service appointment reminders via email. It's called MyCarPage...coming soon. Be sure to register for this new feature in March!
