Why would my dealer tell me to replace my radiator if it is not leaking?

Answers from the Automotive Experts

Patty Streeter, at AskPatty.com Tisha, Your radiator might be plugged and restricting coolant flow or corroded and not efficiently cooling your engine. Without looking at it, I can't tell you for sure, but there can be other reasons to replace it. If you are considering a second opinion, make sure you see an ASE certified technician.
