I am looking for a smaller, simpler car which can be fitted with GPS, handsfree phone and XM radioi. These accessories tend to be in bigger cars. Love the Honda Fit, but it is add-on unfriendly. Any suggestions?
Thank you for your question, it is a good one. A great
place to do side by side comparisions on vehicles on size,
safety ratings, and cargo space you can go to:
www.jdpower.com/autos or www.nada.com consumer site. You
can see fuel efficency ratings on all vehicles and compare against
other makes and models. Great research tools!
If you are looking for other equipment that isn't standard (or can't be optioned in) with your vehicle, you can check out the many aftermarket products out there for GPS, Bluetooth and XM. You can find a lot of these at aftermarket audio stores.
After you find what you are looking for, you will want to make sure a licensed and authorized technician installs it. Your local ASE Blue Seal shop can help you with installation or recommend an installer. To find your local ASE certified shop,go here:
