I am interested in a BMW 328i year 96. What is a decent price to pay for this vehicle with mileage been under 100,000? I also want to know where can I go to find such a vehicle. I am willing to drive up to 100 miles. I live in Lovejoy/Hampton, Ga. Do you know of any buy here/ pay here business just in case I can't buy from a dealership?
You are looking to purchase a highly engineered European touring Sedan.
Please do your homework and understand what you would be getting. This can
be a fun vehicle to drive, but a very expensive vehicle to maintain.
Also, buying from a dealership is not always a bad thing. It doesn’t really
matter where you buy it from. The most important thing to do it get it
inspected from a trained BMW mechanic to make sure it is worthy to buy.

Check out Autotrader.com and autobytel.com
You should be able to compare prices.

For seeking used cars - used websites like www.autotrader.com is a great place to search for listings. As for used car values - look at: www.edmunds.com. The car you are looing at depends on options and condition. First make sure it is NOT a flood damaged cars. There is info on my website at laurenfix.com to get details on what to look for to avoid them. The average price for a BMW that you are looking at is about: $5000. Make sure to have a certified ASE technician check it out completely prior to purchase - repairs can be expensive.
