The rules and laws are different state
to state let alone in a different country. What I see is a business that is not
very friendly and customer oriented. Obviously it leaves a poor impression with
any customer when someone is as unprofessional as you describe. First speak with the owner or General Manager and voice your concerns. I
have not heard of a non refundable fee for an A4. You can contact Audi
customer care and voice your concerns. You should not lump Audi and all the other
great customer friendly dealerships along with the one you are trying to do
business with. As you know each dealership is a separate business and only in
contractual agreement with Audi to sell and service there vehicle, but internal
business is the owner’s decision.
