My car just cut off on me. So I replaced the alternator and the battery and still the same problem. I have to get a jump in order to crank the car up. Once I take the cable off, It turns off. And I will need another jump in order to crank. like it's not keeping charge , battery good, new alternator, What could cause this problem?
My speedometer is not working. Which has my engine light on, so I can't pass emission. I changed the transmission sensor, that fixed one problem. Now it's bringing up vehicle sensor.. Where is that located and will that make this car pass emission.?
I'm not sure this is a question you can or will answer. I have an 88' suburban 350ci, TH400 trany, and 4:10 gears at back. I'm currently getting around 11-12mgp. Is it possible to get 15-16mpg at 60-65mph out of this thing. If so, what modifications should I look to make.
