I have a 77 Corvette that has a small hood light that is on when the hood is up. It is been too hot to drive it lately, as the A/C does not work. I ran it about 2 weeks ago, and left the hood up after I turned it off, not thinking about the light. I have owned the car since 78, and have never done this before (left the hood up). I guess I did this time ...
I recently had an warrantied rebuilt transmission installed, but after 4 hours, it jerks going up hill. I tuned up everything recently on my Chevrolet S-10 with 124,000 miles. What can I do?
Are products such as Lucas Oil or similar that promises better protection in engines are worth it or not? Thanks! Sandip

2000 Honda CRV 80,000. I seem to hear every movement in my car...my H says my bushings need to be replaced...is that right...how much?
My 1999 Honda CRV, with 113,000 miles, driver side window motor is broken. I have been given a quote for $250 parts from a nearby mechanic. Is that a fair price?
After 2 years of being told there was nothing wrong, the dealers quality control person found my issue. It would cost $2500.00 to replace the brake activator.(part:$2,072, labor:$330. plus tax. Is this realistic?
