I have a 2008 Chevy Colorado pickup. The tires have a little over 30,000 miles and I was told I could not have the front end aligned because the tires were not good. I will buy new tires in the spring when the snow tires come off and need advice. I would like some tires with good traction. Any help would be appreciated.

We are having a radiator leak issue. We have replaced the radiator clamp and then the hose itself. However, it is quite strange that the clamp begins to loosen overnight (may be due to the cold). Michelin Xice2 winter tires is recognized as a top 5 winter tire. However, consumer reports claims that the tire does not fair well on wet or dry ground. What does this mean exactly? Not sure how it's a top 5 tire and not fair well in these areas.
