I have a 77 corvette turn the key and nothing..turn it a couple more times and it starts..shut it off turn key nothing..its not the battery..thanks for any help
Out of the blue all of the sudden my 2000 Audi A6 Quattro started sputtering or jerking and seems like it is not engaging the first gear or something. I have to extremely slowly press the gas to get it going, then once it is out of first gear it goes fine... just don not stop...lol.
Anyway, is that the transmission? would I have to replace it? or... ...
I have a 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee & have replaced the fan relay switch for the 4th time. The switch seems to last about 4-6 months but this last time it lasted 1 week & there is a black mark on one of the connectors. Is there something I can do to figure out this problem(sounds like a short to me) or will I have to see a professional? Thanks so much
I have a 77 Corvette that has a small hood light that is on when the hood is up. It is been too hot to drive it lately, as the A/C does not work. I ran it about 2 weeks ago, and left the hood up after I turned it off, not thinking about the light. I have owned the car since 78, and have never done this before (left the hood up). I guess I did this time ...
I recently had an warrantied rebuilt transmission installed, but after 4 hours, it jerks going up hill.
I tuned up everything recently on my Chevrolet S-10 with 124,000 miles.
What can I do?
Are products such as Lucas Oil or similar that promises better protection in engines are worth it or not?
What is you opinion about extended warranties or service contracts for used cars? Thank You
