I have a 2002 Honda Accord Ex, 2.3 liter engine. I have 190,000 on the transmission but never change or had the transmission flushed as of yet. I am not sure if i should just do a drain and refill or a complete transmission flush. What you do you recommend i do?

My 2006 Ford Escort heater is stuck on the floor setting and defrost. The knob for heater stripped and is lying on floor. I've pulled HVAC control out found the cable mechanism binding.
