I'm planning to trade by '2005 subaru w/70,000 miles (no car loan on this vehicle) for a '2007 GMC Acadia. Should I trade my subaru now w/70,000 or drive her till it reaches 100,000 miles and hold off on possibly having a high car loan note?

Sometimes the gear shift (I have an automatic) sticks in park and I cannot press the button in to get it to move into any other gear. I have been told that the contacts that cause the gear shift to move are dirty and that spraying windex down under there will help, and it does, but it seems to keep happening. Any idea what causes it?
I have a 95 Impreza and I had my oil filled a week ago. When I checked my oil today, it was half full. I know that I do not have a leak because I park on a paved driveway and so I would see oil spots. I do not know what to do. diagnosed as needing the head gaskets repaired. small leak in engine block causing engine to overheat. Any other options to repair this other than replacing the head gaskets? Any trustworthy mechanics in our area for this car? We live in West Grove, PA 19390
