Ford Freestar FAQs and Reviews Ford Freestar FAQs and Reviews Ask a Question

I'm looking for a vehicle that seats 7 (with a 2-3-2 configuration), gets over 20mpg in the city, and costs less than $25K. Is there anything other than the Ford Freestyle that meets those criteria?
bought used 2005 Ford freestar van-14000 km needs celliniod replaced & check engine light keeps going on, gas gauge computer-changes fuel level(72000km),remote doors say open& it is $2500 work. maintenance is kept up @ same dealer I bought it. No shock damage or muffler ok. Doors do not rattle. All this happened suddenly? Am I getting ripped off?
I have an 2004 Ford Freestar and I am changing the alternator. I cannot loosen the tension to slip the belt back on. the ratchet I have is too big to fit in this small space Is there something I can do, or maybe a size I need. I do not want to strip the bolt.
Where would the engine size be on a Ford Freestar? under the hood.
