Lubbock, Texas (PRWEB) March 5, 2007 -- Smith South Plains Dodge Chrysler Jeep, which is family owned and operated, will embrace the Ask Patty concept. Smith South Plains' partnership with Ask Patty represents an increased commitment to the female car buyer to provide a safe and comfortable buying experience.

Smith South Plains has a rich family history and is steeped in tradition. The Smith organization originally began with Bill H. Smith who worked for Ford Motor Company for 18 years in Dallas before moving his family to Slaton to buy Slaton Motor Company. Many of the Smith South Plains' customers have been buying cars from the dealership since it first opened as Slaton Motor Company.

The marriage of Pat and Annette Sykora in March 1997 created Smith South Plains Enterprises, Ltd in November 1999 and they purchased Gentry Ford Lincoln Mercury Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Levelland, Texas. Now known as Smith South Plains, the dealership continues to uphold their core family values and keeps their customers' concerns first.

Partnering with Ask Patty to become a Female Friendly dealer has expanded the Smith tradition of superior customer service and satisfaction.

"As a dealership owned by a woman, we understand the needs of our female customers very well. Smith South Plains is pleased to join with Ask Patty to provide our female customers with even more excellent customer service," says Annette Sykora, General Manager of Smith South Plains Dodge Chrysler Jeep.

Annette Sykora was recently named the National Automobile Dealers Association Vice Chairperson for 2007 and during her tenure with the NADA, the organization partnered with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to form the National Child Booster Seat Campaign.

The decision of Smith South Plains to partner with Ask Patty reflects the kind of forward thinking needed to deliver consistent outstanding results in customer satisfaction and sales growth to this important consumer segment.

Smith South Plains will join the Ask Patty list of Certified Dealers on the AskPatty.com web site. Consumers are able to search for a certified dealer in their area by zip code.
