Deanna Cross Creator of Women's Automotive Network to Join the Advisory Panel of Ask Patty

The enterprise version of the Ask Patty website at http://www.askpatty.com launched August 21, 2006 and provides a safe place for women to get advice on car purchases, maintenance and other automotive related topics online.

Deanna E. Cross has 25 years in the Automotive Retail and Finance Industry, is the Founder of, Director and Producer for The Spirited Maverick Media Co., LLC and the creator of WomensAutomotiveNetwork.com, "Empowerment in Motion"
(http://www.womensautomotivenetwork.com), a web site that unites women auto consumers and women auto professionals together on the same page, and displays free tutorial training on how to buy and sell cars in today's world. Topics covered are buying, selling, trading, credit, financing, leasing, insurance, government laws and regulations, and covers careers in auto sales, Internet auto sales and as a finance manager. There is also a new free auto classified section for women to list and sell their vehicles.

At age 19, Cross was the first woman to sell and finance cars in a new car dealership in Northern California. She was raised in the auto industry and mentored by her father who was a prestigious Ford Dealer in Marin County. She also developed Finance and Insurance departments for marine dealers in Northern California and Nevada and was the first to set up an on the spot delivery site at the annual San Francisco Boat Show.

Cross speaks and writes fluent Spanish. Over her career she has helped thousands of Hispanic families to start out in the credit world by financing cars. Having a large following of Hispanic clients in Northern California, she helped to establish one of the first Hispanic Home Loan divisions with a large mortgage firm. She has held several upper management positions in the auto industry, is certified by the Association of Finance and Insurance Professionals and is a member of Women in Cable Telecommunications.

In her automotive advisory role, Cross will respond to questions from consumer women on automotive related topics via the website. The Ask Patty interactive advice blog launched May 22, 2006.
