The AskPatty Certified Customer Friendly® program utilizes customer service surveys in addition to, or in lieu of, the existing AskPatty online video modules. The Certified Customer Friendly® program is a minimum commitment of three months, during which regular customer surveys will be administered to random shoppers at your location to assess how well you’re upholding the AskPatty Promise, and the AskPatty team will work directly with you to fine-tune these results and help you take your customer service to the next level.
Coming in Q2 of 2013, the Certified Diversity Friendly® program will take the traditional AskPatty program a step farther by increasing your reach with diversity communities.
