Brandy Schaffels, Editor at AskPatty.com, Inc. If none of your taillights work, then it's likely you need to change a fuse in your Honda Accord. You can find a diagram to the fuses at this link: http://honda-tech.com/forums/attachments/honda-accord-1990-2002-2/250954d1326557338-fuse-box-diagram-94-97-accord-5th-gen-fuse-panel-dash.jpg

If you need to download a copy of your owner's manual, you can register you car with Honda owners link and download a pdf that would have this information (www.ahm-ownerlink.com).

If that doesn't help things, please find an AskPatty Certified Repair Shop at http://www.askpatty.com/search/?type=all&m=30&q=&keyword= and they can help you diagnose and repair the problem.
